Pasta Di Porto is a family owned and run, Port Stephens based business, established in 2009, producing quality rustic Southern Italian pasta dishes.
The Sydney Royal Fine Food Show
The Sydney Royal Fine Food Show has a significant meaning for us. To date we have won over 56 medals, including three championships, with the exact same products that our Customers can purchase in our store today.
In 2011 we were overall champions in the fancy Pasta category for our Crab Potato and Leek Ravioli, and we were privileged to have Lindy Milan cook them on the Channel 9 Morning Show.
In 2012 we were dual champions from fresh egg Tagliatelle in the 100% Durum Semolina category, and in the Fancy Pasta category for our Pumpkin Parmesan and Basil Ravioli.
We are the first Australian Pasta company to achieve dual championships.
